It’s been rumored for a while, and now it sounds like we’re one step closer to seeing it happen. According to Dateline, Quentin Tarantino has been in talks with JJ Abrams about an idea for the next Star Trek movie. The idea for the movie is now past discussion and Abrams has put together a writer’s room to write the script. If and when the script finished, Tarantino would probably direct and Abrams would produce it for Paramount.
